How we handle data

Your records stay yours until you decide otherwise.

• This websiteWhen you send an enquiry, your answers are saved to our own Google Workspace and emailed to our team so we can follow up. We don't sell enquiries, and we don't share them with buyers.
• Cleaned by established specialistsWe engage established third-party privacy and de-identification firms. They work inside your own cloud or on infrastructure you control wherever possible, and raw records never go to a buyer.
• What is removedDirect messages, HR, payroll, legal, health and board content are excluded entirely. Every person becomes a consistent ID or a role label. Faces and voices in video are blurred or removed. National IDs, contact details, financial numbers, addresses, number plates and secrets are removed. The mapping back to real names is never saved.
• You review before anything movesThe privacy firm documents what was removed and the remaining re-identification risk, and you get a random sample to check by hand.
• Buyers see previews firstUntil you approve a buyer, they see only a short redacted preview, and your company name stays hidden. Every delivered copy is uniquely marked and logged.
